OUR PROCESS
We don’t cut corners or make claims that cannot be accomplished to obtain your trust. We begin by carefully taking the time to understand your needs, then, we explain our process to you. We then provide a clearly understood and agreed upon set of expectations. This also includes timelines and a firm schedule for completion.
SITE PREPERATION
What to expect when we arrive:
1. We will cover and barricade areas and vents leading to non working areas.
2. Determine a timeline for colour tests and approvals with clients.
3. Review timeline expectations.
4. Keep dust and disruption to a minimum.
How and what to prepare for our arrival:
1. Power requirements for our equipment:220 Stove or dryer plug (if neither exist please contact us well before your start date)
2. Clear all work areas (furnishings, plants, appliances, wall hangings etc.)
3. Make available control of fans and thermostats including heat.
4. Have pets and children in safe areas well away from work areas.
